A new poster to what many called as the sickest, grisliest film of all time has arrived.

Earlier this month, we took a sneak peek at director Tom Six's The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence), the next chapter in the Dutch filmmaker's magnum opus. With the premiere of the film at this year's Fantastic Fest, a new poster to the film has found its way online. And it's gorgeously creepy as compared to the earlier promotional graphics.
